Double Bonus for Funky Angel!

Kay Double, experienced administrator and project manager, joins Funky Angel as PA to the Director.

Kay brings a wealth of skills and experience to bring to the party, and has been given the special responsinbility of researching and setting up our forthcoming 'Silver Central' area. Silver Central is the natural complement to our popular and succesful Funky Cherubs, and we are hoping to give the older generation a platform to share their valuable momories, stories and wisdom, somewhere to connect with each other and with their grandchildren.

Kay, who is grandmother to Grace, aged 2, says: "I am very excited to become part of the Funky Angel family! I've known Claire a long time, since she was at University, and I admire what she is doing here. I raised my two children as a single parent during the 70s and 80s. I always worked fulltime, and I know how hard it is to get the balance right, especially when you're the sole provider. To be honest I grabbed the chance to be part of it."

Kay has worked as a senior PA, Administrator and Operations Manager, at one time being responsible for over 50 staff. And as a hands-on grandmother, in addituon to her long experience of being a working parent, she really is a double bonus for Funky Angel.
