Hi all,

Belinda here. Not sure why though, as I'm not a 'work at home' expert by any means!

I'm the Midwifery representation of the 'consultants'. Gosh, doesn't that sound important!

I think quite a lot of our members are either pregnant, or planning to be! I've had three children whilst working at home and I've always tried to balance my wellbeing (and the baby's) with the pressure and stress (nice stress most of the time) of running the business.

I think some mums, especially first time ones, can overdo it, and forget to put their feet up for half an hour.

Advice on work/rest patterns whilst working would be great!
